By accessing and using the GretTech website (grettech.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

GretTech provides the following professional services:

• Custom website development and design
• Mobile and web application development
• AI agent creation and deployment
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development and integration
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Website management and maintenance
• Technical consulting and architecture planning

The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual service agreements or project proposals.

Intellectual Property

• The GretTech website design, content, logos, brand identity, and proprietary tools are the exclusive property of GretTech.
• Client project deliverables (code, designs, assets) are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and case studies, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
• Open-source libraries and tools developed by GretTech (such as visibility-hooks) are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure they have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule and terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms, milestones, and methods are outlined in individual project proposals and service agreements. Late payments beyond 15 days may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

GretTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the website
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
